Diana Warshow (formerly Zborovsky) is an attorney at the New York law firm, Nesenoff & Miltenberg, LLP. Diana graduated from Lehigh University in 2005 with a BA in Journalism and from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2008.
As a litigator, Diana fights for her clients on a diverse spectrum of legal topics, but most often her cases involve issues of defamation and constitutional rights. Diana’s defamation clients have included business executives, religious leaders, and private and individuals in cases involving large worldwide media companies, major publications, and prominent internet web sites and blogs. Diana fights for her clients’ constitutional rights through her work on college disciplinary matters, which centers on the defense of students facing allegations of misconduct. Some of her cases have generated significant attention from major news media, including The New York Times, USA Today, The Los Angeles Times, The Huffington Post, and National Public Radio.
After living in Manhattan for over a decade, Diana returned to Bergen County in 2016. She now resides in River Vale with her husband and their two children, James and Emily.
